General Camp Questions
What should my child bring to camp?
Campers should bring a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, hat, and packed lunch. Please ensure all items are clearly labeled.
How do you handle allergies and medical conditions?
Please inform us of any allergies or medical conditions during registration so we can make the necessary accommodations.

How do I register for camp?
To register your child(ren) for CKT, click on any "REGISTER NOW" button on our website. You will be asked to create a new account, input your childās information, choose their attendance weeks, and make a payment to reserve their spot!
How and where can I register for camp programs?
Registration is available online on our recreation portal. For the best experience, we recommend using a laptop or computer. If you need assistance during registration or are having trouble logging into your account, please refer to the camp set-up guide.
When does camp registration begin?
Registration begins on January 1, 2025.
Can siblings be kept together if theyāre in different age groups?
We encourage campers to stay with their age groups to enjoy age-appropriate activities with new friends. However, if a camper is having difficulty being separated from their sibling, we can arrange for visits or a transfer (a transfer fee may apply).
How are extreme weather conditions handled at camp?
In case of extreme weather, we have access to indoor facilities like gymnasiums, performing arts rooms, and classrooms. On heat advisory days, outdoor activities may be limited or modified for safety.
What happens if a camper is injured or not feeling well?
Our goal is to integrate campers back into their group whenever possible. In case of more serious injuries or illness, parents will be notified immediately. If necessary, emergency medical services will be contacted. All staff are trained in First Aid and equipped with walkie-talkies for communication with the main office and the Camp Nurse.

- For groups with campers ages 4-5 years, the ratio is 1:8
- For groups with campers ages 6 and older, the ratio is 1:10
