Registration Policies
January 1- April 30, 2026
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of registration. This includes a non-refundable, non-transferable administration fee of $75 per camper.
- The remaining camp balance is due by May 1, 2026, and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
- Cancellations made before April 30, 2026, are eligible for a full refund, minus the $75 administration fee.
May 1 – August 21, 2026
- Camp fees are non-refundable from May 1, 2026, onward.
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of a weekly session will receive a credit for 50% of the weekly camp fee, which can be applied to the 2027 camp season only.
- No credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before a session begins.
- Camp fees are charged by the week, and no credits are provided for missed days.
Refund or Credit Requests
- All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to Camp KidsTown.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days.
- Any unused credit balances may be transferred to the Summer 2027 camp season.
Overdue or Declined Payments
- Campers may not attend camp until all fees are paid in full.
- If a payment is declined, parents will be notified and have 14 days to provide an alternate payment method to keep their registration active.
Program Cancellations or Changes
- Camp KidsTown reserves the right to cancel or combine programs if minimum enrolment requirements are not met.
- In the event of a camp cancellation by Camp KidsTown, families will receive a full refund or may transfer to another available session.
Last-Minute Registration Policy
- Registration for each camp session closes three (3) business days before the program start date.
- Due to scheduling, staffing, and group assignments completed in advance, we are unable to accept last-minute registrations, including for Before Care and After Care programs.
