Drop off & Pick Up

Drop off and Pick up routines play a crucial role in keeping our campers safe as they travel to and from the campus. Please exercise caution and keep in mind traffic and safety considerations.

Drop Off

  • Morning arrival is between 8:50 am to 9:00 am.
  • You will be directed to the “Kiss ‘N Go” loop.
  • As of 8:50 am each morning, staff will be posted at the “Kiss ‘N Go” loop to help escort your child out of the car with their bags. We ask that you do not get out of your vehicle.
  • Safety is a priority!!! In the event that there is a lineup of cars, please be patient and do not pass anyone on the inside.
  • If your child needs a little extra “mommy time”, or if you need to speak to the Director or Administrator at the camp office, please park your car away from the drop off zone.
  • Upon arrival at camp, campers will be walked by a staff member to their appropriate cabins.

Pick Up

  • Afternoon departure is between 3:30 pm – 4:00 pm.
  • As of 3:30 pm each afternoon, staff will be posted at the “Kiss ‘N Go” loop to help escort your child into their vehicle. We ask that you do not get out of your vehicle.
  • Safety is a priority!!! In the event that there is a lineup of cars, please be patient and do not pass anyone on the inside.
  • Photo Identification will be required at each pick-up.

Authorized Pick Ups

All campers must be signed out by an authorized adult at the end of the camp day. Only persons listed on your child’s authorized pick-up list will be allowed to pick up your child(ren). Identification will be required upon each pick-up.

The Pickup Authorization section of the registration form must be completed in its entirety by the guardian prior to the child’s enrolment in the day camp program. If a child is to be picked up by someone other than an authorized person, the camp office must be notified by phone or email. For your child’s safety, we will not allow your child to leave the site without staff authorization. All guardians authorized to pickup must be at least eighteen years of age. Identification will be required upon pick-up.

Absence

Please make sure to call the office if your child is going to miss one or more days of camp. If you know in advance that your child will be absent, an email to the camp office would be helpful.

Late Arrivals & Dismissals

Late arrivals must be brought by the parent to the Camp Office to be signed in. No child is permitted to enter the camp on his/her own, regardless of their age. The Camp Office must be notified in advance of campers requiring early departure. All campers must be signed out at the Camp Office. Under no circumstances will any child be released to anyone without proper authorization and identification.
