Current Opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-going support, direction and assistance to staff.
  • Supervise and assist camper drop off and pickup.
  • Respond immediately and effectively too camp and camp staff concerns.
  • Manage inventory and supplies.
  • Organize weekly spirited camp wide games and special activities.
  • Use available resources to create and implement new and fun program ideas.
  • Review each program outline and check counsellors understanding of the listed activities and crafts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 18 years.
  • Minimum of two years experience working with children in a camp setting.
  • Excellent communication, programming and leadership skills.
  • Minimum of two years of leadership or counselling experience in a camp environment.
  • Valid Class G license and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and participate in activities with campers from ages 4-5 years.
  • Provide campers with physical and emotional safety and overall positive camp experience.
  • Plan, organize and lead age appropriate camp programs.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • All program staff must have completed Grades 10 or Equivalent.
  • Must complete a police background check (18+).
  • Must complete CPR & First Aid Certificates.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and participate in activities with campers from ages 5.5-12.5 years old.
  • Plan organize, implement and lead a specialty camp program that is age appropriate.
  • Demonstrate evidence of a passion for their Specialty programs.
  • Role model strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

  • All program staff must have completed Grades 10 or Equivalent.
  • Must complete a police background check (18+).
  • Must complete CPR & First Aid Certificates.
