Registration Policies
January 1- April 30
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit includes a non-refundable, non-transferable administration fee of $75 per camper.
- Full camp balances are due by April 30, 2025, and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
Cancellations made before April 30, 2025, are eligible for a full refund, less the $75 administration fee.
May 1 - August 22
- Camp fees are non-refundable from May 1st onward.
- Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start of a weekly session will receive a credit for the 2026 camp season, amounting to 50% of the weekly camp fee. No credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the session begins.
- Our fees are for weekly sessions only; no refunds are provided for missed days, regardless of the reason.
Refund/Credit Request
- All requests for refunds or credits must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds will be credited to the credit card on file within 15 business days. Credit balances can only be transferred to the Summer 2026 season.
Overdue and Declined Payments
Campers with overdue or declined payments will be denied admission to Camp KidsTown programs until fees are settled.
Program Cancellation/Changes
We reserve the right to cancel or combine programs if the minimum number of participants is not met.
Standard Terms and Conditions
- Camp KidsTown reserves the right to update policies and programs in response to recommendations or changes in health guidelines from the Ministry of Health.
Last Minute Registration Policy
Unless otherwise noted, registration closes three (3) business days before the first day of each Camp program. We are not able to accept last minute registrations for any of our Camp programs. Many of our camper groups are set, staff assigned, and schedules developed several days in advance of our programs. This policy also applies to registration for our Before Care and After Care programs.
